My work is a visual exploration of the spaces where culture, history, and personal identity meet. I draw inspiration from the raw beauty and complex narratives of the American Southwest and the borderlands. Each piece I create is an attempt to capture a dream, a feeling, or a fragment of a story that might otherwise go unnoticed. My process is driven by observation and a deep connection to my surroundings. I use color, line, and form to translate my experiences into a language that is both personal and universal.
I’m a part of the following art collections:
* El Paso Museum of Art
* Las Cruces Museum of Art
* Tucson Museum of Art
* University of Arizona Museum of Art
* University of Texas at San Antonio, Library Special Collections
* Mexic-Arte Museum, Austin, TX
* El Centro Cultural Antiguo Colegio Jesuita, in Pátzcuaro, Michoacan, Mexico
